The JUKI LH-4578CFFF SC956BN is a 2-needle, large shank, no thread cutter fully digital lockstitch machine. Seam quality is improved by introducing separately driven right and left active tensioning mechanisms. The thread tension is automatically corrected depending on the sewing speed. In this way, consistent seam quality is achieved regardless of changes in sewing speed. The needle thread tension is automatically corrected according to the remaining amount of bottom thread. This ensures that the seam quality is stable even if the amount of remaining bottom thread decreases. With the active foot, the foot pressure can now be corrected according to the sewing speed. Multilayer portion detection device (for G subclass only). Equipped with this device, it detects multilayer overlays. This device contributes to a stable stroke/good seam tension when sewing a multilayer portion. Since the sewing correction can be set for the multilayer part, the reaching part and the upper multilayer part respectively, the stitch crease in the multilayer part can be improved.
