JACK JK-58420B is a 2-needle lockstitch machine with a double serger-needle feed. Depending on the specific subclass of the machine, it can work on light and medium materials (subclass 403), as well as on heavy materials (subclass 405). The JACK JK-58420 is an industrial machine currently one of the most modern in the range, with a very intuitive operating panel for setting sewing parameters. Through the panel, the automatic functions of the lockstitch machine can be easily managed. We can distinguish here, among others, needle positioning, thread cutting, foot lifting (7-13 mm), as well as locking at the beginning and at the end of the stitch. The machine is available with an energy-saving SERVO sewing machine motor, which only runs when the machine is in use. This guarantees lower power consumption. In addition, thanks to the use of the so-called Direct Drive, i.e. the location of the motor in the machine head, the machine is faultless and eliminates unwanted vibrations and oscillations. What's more, the machine with such a mounted motor works quieter, but also more efficiently - it has more power, starts sewing quickly and also makes less noise, thus contributing to the comfort of working with the machine.
