JACK JK-S7-91 is a modern, specialized 1-needle pole machine with electronic transport - three independent stepper motors controlling the transport (upper roller, lower roller, needle transport. The machine is equipped with built-in energy-saving SERVO motors working in the so-called system (Direct Drive). It has automatic functions and 3-stage energy-saving LED lighting of the work area. Designed for sewing medium and thick materials in hard-to-reach places, such as in the production of sports shoes, leather shoes, leather goods, etc. Thanks to the integration of all components, the machine works quietly and without adverse vibrations. The energy-saving servo motor used here consumes up to 70% less energy than a conventional electronic motor or clutch motor. Every sewing parameter can be programmed on an easy-to-read, highly intuitive control panel, equipped with a USB port for connecting external devices.

Automatic functions include electromagnetic thread trimming, electromagnetic foot lift, needle positioning, locking at the beginning and end of sewing. The machine is factory-equipped with a drop-down guide (ruler), which allows precise sewing along the edge of the fabric.
