JACK JK-S5-92 is a modern, specialized 2-needle pole machine with bottom roller transport, needle transport and roller foot (rolfus). The machine is equipped with a built-in, energy-saving SERVO motor. It has automatic functions and 3-stage energy-saving LED lighting of the work area. Designed for sewing medium and thick materials in hard-to-reach places, such as in the production of sports shoes, leather shoes, leather goods, etc. Thanks to the integration of all components, the machine works quietly and without adverse vibrations. The energy-saving servo motor used here consumes up to 70% less energy than a conventional electronic motor or clutch motor. Every sewing parameter can be programmed on an easy-to-read, highly intuitive control panel, equipped with a USB port for connecting external devices.
Automatic functions include electromagnetic thread cutting, electromagnetic foot lift, needle positioning, locking at the beginning and end of sewing.
Machine assembled, complete with warranty from the manufacturer.
