JACK A5E Chainstitch Machine
JACK JK-A5E is a 1-needle lockstitch machine with automatic functions, bottom feed with serration. Equipped with an energy-saving SERVO motor built into the machine head in the so-called (Direct Drive) system, which guarantees quiet and reliable operation and reduced power consumption. The machine is characterised by its elongated body - the distance from the needle to the body is 30.5 cm. The machine uses a stepper motor that controls the stitch length setting, which is responsible for the locking function. This solution significantly reduces the noise level during the locking function and also allows the stitch length to be set precisely with an accuracy of 0.1 mm. Closed lubrication system (no typical oil sump). A small amount of oil is contained in a closed tank to prevent contamination. This solution guarantees lower oil consumption and better lubrication of the machine mechanisms. The Jack A5E lockstitch machine has an improved thread trimming system, shortening the thread length after trimming to 3.5 mm. The machine has automatic functions, i.e. thread cutting, foot lifting, locking (clamping) during sewing, needle positioning, sewing according to programmed sections.
