JACK JK-A7-DH is a 1-needle automatic lockstitch machine with electronic transport system. The machine is equipped with an energy-saving SERVO motor, which is mounted directly on the main shaft of the machine, the so-called (Direct Drive) system. It guarantees quiet and reliable operation and reduced power consumption. The machine is equipped with an electronic transport system (tooth movement programming system) controlled by stepper motors. In addition, the machine features a stepper motor which controls the setting of the machine's stitch length and is also responsible for the locking function. This solution significantly reduces the noise level during the locking function and also allows the stitch length to be set precisely with an accuracy of 0.1 mm. The Jack A7 has an improved thread cutting system, shortening the length of the thread after cutting to 3.5 mm. It uses a closed lubrication system (no typical oil sump). A small amount of oil is contained in a closed tank to prevent contamination. This solution guarantees lower oil consumption and better lubrication of the machine mechanisms. The machine is ideal for sewing heavy, thicker fabrics. Automatic functions available on the machine include thread cutting, needle positioning, start and end bar, foot lifting, sewing according to pre-programmed sections.
