JACK JK-A10+ is a 1-needle automatic lockstitch machine with electronic transport system. The machine is equipped with an energy-saving SERVO motor, mounted directly on the main shaft of the machine in the so-called (Direct Drive) system. It guarantees quiet and reliable operation and low electricity consumption. The electronically programmable transport system (programming of the serration movement), controlled by stepper motors, allows setting of the appropriate position of the serration movement for a specific type and thickness of sewn materials. The transport set in this way ensures high quality of the stitching performed. A function not available in traditional transport mechanisms. The stepper motor controlling the stitch length setting and locking functions significantly reduces the noise level during operation, and allows very precise stitch length setting with an accuracy of 0.1 mm. In addition, simple decorative stitches can be programmed. The A10+ series is additionally equipped with a fabric thickness sensor under the foot. It is possible to program the machine to change parameters when sewing through the thickness, thus always achieving the perfect stitch. Large touch panel.
