JACK A6F-EH PK Chainstitch Machine
JACK JK-A6F-EH PK is a 1-needle specialist automatic lockstitch machine with serger-needle transport, increased working field and puller. It is designed for heavy duty sewing. The machine has a distance between the body and needle bar of 30.5cm. Equipped with a double transport, which aids the movement of materials under the foot. It uses an energy-saving SERVO motor built into the head, which guarantees quiet and reliable operation with reduced electricity consumption. The JACK A6F-E has a closed lubrication system (no typical oil sump) which guarantees lower oil consumption, better lubrication of the machine mechanisms and protects the material from dirt. The machine also has integrated LED illumination of the working area and a built-in USB socket for connecting external devices (e.g. charging a mobile phone). A stepper motor is used which controls the machine's stitch length setting and is also responsible for the locking function. It is possible to programme simple decorative stitches. Such a solution significantly reduces the noise level during the locking function and also allows the stitch length to be set precisely with an accuracy of 0.1 mm.
