JACK JK-H5-CZ-4 is a 1-needle lockstitch machine with automatic functions. Equipped with a right-hand knife for fabric edge trimming. Designed for sewing heavy materials (e.g. leather, upholstery materials, technical materials, etc.). The machine is equipped with a modern energy-saving motor built directly into the machine head, working in the so-called system (Direct Drive). This solution guarantees quiet operation as well as low electricity consumption. The double transport (lower serrated and upper - stepping foot) ensures perfect sliding of the upper and lower layers of the stitched materials. This is particularly useful when sewing multiple layers of materials, e.g. upholstery with padding, and when stitching through cross seams or rips in the material. The lockstitch machine is equipped with an easy-to-read operating panel, which has been built into the head, as well as LED illumination of the working field located at the needle bar (with the possibility of regulating the light intensity). The machine is equipped with a fabric edge trimmer. There is a possibility to quickly switch between sewing without and with the deburring knife. Automatic functions include foot lifter, thread cutter, initial and final locking, darning locks, square and pocket sewing programming, needle positioning.
