JUKI LU-1511N-7-0BBZZ is a 1-needle automatic lockstitch machine. It has a triple transport: bottom serging, walking foot and needle transport, designed for sewing heavy materials. Equipped with a height adjustment of the walking foot through a graduated dial on the machine head, a mechanism protecting needles and catches from damage. The movement of the serrations along a rectangle (as opposed to the traditional movement along an ellipse) reduces the risk of stitch creasing regardless of the thickness of the materials to be stitched. Automatic lubrication. Machine equipped with SC-921 control box providing automatic needle positioning, thread cutting, initial and final locking, foot lifting. It has a micro reverse stitch switch, so called soft start, sewing speed adjustment. The CP-180 control panel allows needle positioning at any stop, programming of start and end locks size before thread cutting, programming of independent number of start and end lock stitches, selection of single or double locks, multiple locks (1-9 times), short locks with number of stitches from 1 to 19, programming of stitch length (counting number of stitches between start and end locks), programming of sewing on a rectangle, adjustment of max. sewing speed and start characteristics. It also has an auxiliary counter for the number of threads in the drum, confirmation of each input with an audible signal.
