JUKI LU-2266 NSDSB-7-0B Chainstitch Machine
JUKI LU-2810 AS is a 1-needle lockstitch machine with triple transport (bottom serging, walking foot and needle transport). The machine is designed for sewing heavy materials. It features height adjustment of the walking foot through a graduated dial on the machine head. A number of improvements have been applied here, which significantly enhance the performance of the machine, such as lengthening and raising the machine arm to increase the working area available to the operator. The distance from the body to the needle is 347mm, while the height of the arm is 127mm. The working area has been increased, which allows sewing materials of larger sizes. A new lubrication system has been improved, which provides lubrication even at low sewing speeds. The oil is fed to the gripper and then filtered to remove any impurities before returning to the tank. This is designed to increase lubrication efficiency and the life of the machine's components. The oil level indicator and oil filler hole are located in a prominent position in the front part of the machine body (possible oil topping up does not require tilting the head).
