JUKI LU-2810 A70BBS is a 1-needle lockstitch machine with triple transport (bottom serging, walking foot and needle transport) with automation. The machine is designed for sewing heavy materials. The machine is driven by a modern energy-saving, reinforced SERVO motor (high torque), mounted in the head, directly on the main shaft of the machine. The machine is equipped with automatic functions including thread cutting, locking, foot lift, needle positioning. Adjustment of the height of the walking foot lift through a graduated dial on the machine head. The machine allows you to program the size of the starting and ending bar, and has a function to set 2 stitch lengths, possible to change during sewing via a function button near the sewing zone. It is possible to quickly disable the locking once in the program. There is a function to quickly change the walking foot rise. Programming of automatic functions is done using the control panel located on the machine head. The extended and raised arm of the machine affects the increase of the working field. The distance from the body to the needle is 347mm, the height of the arm is 127mm. The lubrication system has been improved, providing lubrication even at low sewing speeds.
