JUKI LU-2828V A7 is the latest offering of 1-needle lockstitch machine with unison-feed. The machine has a lockstitch with automatic thread cutting. The sewing speed is 3500 stitches/min. The drive of the machine is a modern energy-saving, reinforced SERVO motor (high torque), mounted in the head, directly on the main shaft of the machine. Type LU-2828V-7 high performance machine, leaves a shorter thread on the material at the beginning of sewing with the thread crimping device, and also at the end of sewing with the thread cutter. This means that manual thread trimming at both the beginning and end of sewing is no longer necessary. The needle tension is digitally controlled. Adjusting the needle thread tension requires experience. However, with this sewing machine, the thread tension data is stored in memory and is reproducible, which reduces the setup time of the machine when the fabric changes.
