JUKI LU-2860 AS Chainstitch Machine
JUKI LU-2860 AS is a new proposal for a 2-needle lockstitch machine with triple transport designed for heavy sewing. The sewing speed is 2700 stitches/min. The drive of the machine is a modern energy-saving, reinforced SERVO motor (high torque), mounted in the head, directly on the main shaft of the machine. Adjustment of the height of the stepping foot lift through a graduated dial on the head of the machine. A number of improvements have been made to the machine, which have significantly improved the working parameters, including lengthening and raising the machine arm, which has increased the working area available to the operator. The distance from the body to the needle is 347mm, while the height of the arm is 127mm. Improved, new lubrication system, which provides lubrication even at low sewing speeds. Oil is fed to the gripper and then before returning to the tank, filtered to remove any contaminants.
Machine assembled, complete with warranty from the manufacturer.
