JUKI LU-2868 ALD-70BBS Chainstitch Machine

JUKI LU-2868 ALD-70BBS is a 1-needle lockstitch machine with automation and triple transport. The machine is designed for heavy sewing and has a very large XXL gripper. The sewing speed is 2700 stitches/min. The stitch length is as long as 12mm. The drive of the machine is a modern energy-saving, reinforced SERVO motor (high torque), mounted in the head, directly on the main shaft of the machine. The machine is equipped with automatic functions, i.e. thread cutting, locking, foot lift, needle positioning. Adjustment of the height of the walking foot elevation through a graduated dial on the machine head. A number of improvements have been made to the machine, which significantly improved the working parameters, including lengthening and raising the machine arm, which increased the working area available to the operator. The distance from the body to the needle is 347mm, while the height of the arm is 127mm. Improved, new lubrication system, which provides lubrication even at low sewing speeds. Oil is fed to the gripper and then before returning to the tank, filtered to remove any contaminants.
