JUKI PLC-2765SDAB BT-DL is a new proposal for a 2-needle pole lockstitch machine with switchable needles. The machine has a triple transport. The sewing speed is 2500 stitches/min. The drive of the machine is a modern energy-saving, reinforced SERVO motor (high torque), mounted in the head, directly on the main shaft of the machine. Programming of automatic functions is done via a control panel located on the machine head. Through the panel we program the sizes of the beginning and ending bar, as well as the function of setting 2 stitch lengths. These can be changed during sewing using the function button close to the sewing zone. It is also possible to quickly disable the locking once in the program. Double needle thread tension system, so we can get thread tension values unavailable for single tensioners. The distance from the body to the needle is 347mm, the pole height is 170mm, the space under the arm is 296mm. It uses an improved lubrication system that provides lubrication even at low sewing speeds. Oil is fed to the gripper and then before returning to the tank, filtered to remove any impurities.
