JUKI PLC-2710V 7 is a modern pole machine. A 1-needle, automatic-digital lockstitch machine with a triple transport. The machine sews with lockstitch and has automatic thread cutting. The sewing speed is 2500 stitches/min. The drive of the machine is a modern energy-saving, reinforced SERVO motor (high torque), mounted in the head, directly on the main shaft of the machine. The high-performance machine leaves a shorter thread on the fabric at the beginning of sewing with a thread crimping device, and also at the end of sewing with a thread cutter. This means that manual thread trimming at both the beginning and end of sewing is no longer necessary. The needle tension is digitally controlled. Adjusting the needle thread tension requires experience. However, in the case of this sewing machine, the thread tension data stored in memory and is reproducible, which reduces the setup time of the machine in case of material change. A mechanism is used to prevent oil backflow, guaranteeing a steady supply of oil even during low-speed operation. Thanks to the stable supply of oil to the gripper, high quality stitches can be achieved. The control panel is equipped with USB ports as standard, ensuring simplicity of data management and system updates. *The Android operating system version 6.0 is recommended to use the JUKI Smart APP.
