JUKI DSC-245 X55278 is a 1-needle cylinder lockstitch machine with triple transport ( Unison-feed ) for piping. The drive of the machine is a modern energy-saving, reinforced SERVO motor (high torque), mounted in the head, directly on the main shaft of the machine. The DSC series machine, is ideal for sewing materials in cylindrical form, such as bags and shoes. It is characterized by its exceptional ability to sew small rounds smoothly. The machine ensures good seam tightness even at lower thread tension and reduces stitch length differences at high and low speeds. Thanks to the lock lift lever, the response to thick threads has been further improved, and the ratio of the alternating vertical movement remains constant even with changes in material thickness. The machine is equipped with automatic thread trimming and completely redesigned electrical components for more power and greater reliability.
