DURKOPP ADLER 868-190322-M is a 1-needle pole machine from the M-TYPE series with bottom, needle and top bead transport. It is equipped with a standard size vertical gripper (bobbin diameter Ø26 mm), safety clutch to protect the gripper from damage, central lubrication. This machine has a dotting function, i.e. changing the height of the stepping feet when passing through cross seams, a second stitch length, integrated LED lighting, oil level indicator, additional thread tension. The machines are perfect for sewing spatially shaped parts. This is helped by the high and narrow head and a large number of various accessories, allowing them to be used primarily for sewing decorative seams. The powerful DA Direct Drive has been integrated into the machine head, thus guaranteeing quiet operation and low vibration, combined with excellent performance and high energy efficiency. The OP1000 control panel allows user-friendly operation of automatic functions. The narrow sewing head and narrow pillar bed make it easy to handle hard-to-reach seam areas.
