SIRUBA DL7200C-RM1-48-12 is a modern 1-needle lockstitch machine with automatic functions. The machine has a right-hand cutter for unstitching the edge of the stitched fabric. Ideal for sewing light and medium materials. The machine will find application in the production of shirts and blouses. Equipped with electronically adjustable stitch length with the possibility of programming decorative stitches. New modernised automatic foot lifting mechanism, which is much quieter than the traditional cylinder. Energy-saving motor, control box and panel mounted in the machine head provide automatic functions: thread cutting, locking at the beginning and end of sewing, needle positioning, programming of decorative stitches, programming of sewing parameters, foot lifting. A new wiper (nipper) mechanism holding the thread at the beginning of sewing has been applied here. The new mechanism also allows for the use of a greater variety of tooling. The stepper motor controlling the material transport guarantees very high precision of stitch settings and ensures much quieter operation of the machine.
