A 1-needle lockstitch machine with triple transport (bottom serging, walking foot, walking needle) designed for sewing heavy materials. The machine is equipped with a number of automatic functions controlled electro-pneumatically, i.e. thread cutting, bartacking, foot lifting, needle positioning, programming of stitch parameters such as size and number of bartacks and others. Controlled by a clear and easy-to-use control panel located on the head. Modern energy-saving servo motor integrated into the head.
To increase productivity and comfort, the machine has been equipped with two foot rise regulators and an HP system that allows you to quickly change the walking height depending on the thickness of the layers to be sewn and facilitates sewing through cross seams. The 867-121132 subclass is equipped with one stitch regulator that allows sewing with a fixed stitch length. Energy-saving LED lighting illuminates the sewing zone around the needle bar. Safety clutch to prevent damage to the machine in case of locking of the gripper. Central lubrication.
