SIRUBA DL7500-RNM1-48-16 Lockstitch Machines
Modern 1-needle lockstitch machine with double needle and serger transport and fabric edge desealer. It is designed for sewing light and medium materials. It is ideal for stitching items where the highest precision is required, i.e., sewing patches, cuffs, collars, etc. It is possible to quickly turn off and turn on the deburring mechanism, so there is no need for continuous sewing with simultaneous deburring.
Energy-saving servo motor, control box and panel mounted in the head.
Automatic functions:
- thread cutting
- locking at the beginning and end of sewing
- needle positioning
- programming of decorative stitches
- programming of sewing parameters
- foot lifting
The machine is equipped with two stepper motors:
- controlling material transport - allows sewing with decorative stitches and ensures quiet operation, perfect locks and stitch thickening function,
- controlling thread cutting and foot lift - ensures quiet operation.
The machine's closed lubrication system minimizes the risk of oil contamination during operation and extends oil change intervals.
The machine is equipped with a nipper that holds the thread at the beginning of sewing and three function buttons located in an easily accessible place next to the needle bar:
- sewing back
- adding a stitch
- thickening a stitch
