JACK JK-798TE 5-516-A04/435 is a modern 5-thread, 2-needle overlock machine. It is equipped with an integrated energy-saving SERVO drive in the system (Direct Drive). The machine guarantees quiet and reliable operation and significantly reduced electricity consumption. The overlock has a double transport: bottom and top (walking foot). The upper transport provides a perfect even movement of the upper and lower layers of stitched materials, which is especially important when sewing materials with insulation between them (e.g. sewing upholstery), eliminates the problem of overcoming cross seams and any thickening. Overlock JACK JK-798TE is designed for sewing medium and heavy materials. Overlock found its application in sewing upholstery materials, technical materials, work clothesitp.
The machine is equipped with work area lighting (LEDs) and a clear and easy-to-use control panel for managing automatic functions: foot lifting, chain cutting before and after sewing. Chain cutting and foot lift can be controlled manually or automatically with the help of photocells located in the machine's stitch plate.
