JACK C5F 5 Overlock
JACK JK-C5F 5 is a modern, high-performance 5-thread overlock in automatic. The machine is equipped with many automatic functions. An integrated energy-saving SERVO motor mounted in the headstock directly on the main shaft of the machine has been used here. Working in the so-called system (DIRECT DRIVE), it guarantees quiet, reliable operation and lower electricity consumption. The new designed construction of the machine ensures better ventilation of the motor, thus faster and more efficient operation, and longer life of the machine. Overlock JACK C5F is equipped with work area lighting (LEDs) with 3-stage adjustment.
The management panel is very easy to use. It allows you to operate automatic functions, i.e. foot lifting, chain cutting before and after sewing, needle positioning, voice notification function and buttons for quick return to factory settings.
The C5F series overlocker does not require connection to compressed air. All mechanisms related to automatic functions, are controlled electrically.
