SIRUBA 747K-514M5-23 BKF is a modern 4-thread overlock machine designed for sewing light to medium materials. The machine is equipped with automatic trimming and an advanced programmable chain sewing system. All this is controlled by means of a photocell, thread and fabric scrap extraction and automatic foot lift. It is possible to work in automatic mode (photocell-controlled trimming) or in manual mode (button-controlled trimming). The overlock has a touch-sensitive control panel located on the tabletop where at least 26 sewing programmes can be selected. The machine is equipped with a modern energy-saving integrated SERVO motor.
The programming parameters for chain sewing include:
- chain length after cutting
- thread tension during suturing
- chain stitch depth
Chain suturing is 3 times faster with automatic suturing than with the manual version. It is possible to set a small depth of chain sewing (about 1 cm), which is particularly important when sewing high-quality underwear.
