SIRUBA 747L-514M3-24 ECA BKT DKLH is a modern 4-thread overlocker with automatic functions. Overlock designed for sewing light and medium materials. It has a differential bottom tooth transport. Automatic chain/strap trimming controlled by photocells, chain and fabric scrap extraction system and automatic foot lift. It is possible to work in automatic mode (photocell-controlled trimming), in manual mode (button-controlled trimming) or in mixed modes (e.g. whole sewing process controlled by photocells). The photocells, hidden in the stitch plate, are highly accurate and do not restrict access to the machine's working area. The machine is equipped with an easy-to-read control panel where we can set all the parameters related to the automatic functions. The machine has integrated LED lighting of the working area, which significantly improves the comfort of working on the overlock machine. The 700L series overlocks also feature new materials in all parts in contact with the threads and the sewn material. This is intended to improve the quality of the stitch and to make the machine easier to adjust, better quality of the stitches obtained and a wider range of applications. The machine uses a modern energy-saving integrated SERVO motor operating in the so-called Direct Drive system.The use of state-of-the-art technology has made it possible to reduce the weight of individual machine components while maintaining the high quality and durability of the mechanisms. This guarantees quiet and reliable operation, even at high sewing speeds.
