A machine for automatic hot strip cutting with edge sinking. The machine is suitable for cutting straight or at an angle of 45°. The machine is designed for cutting risers, webbing, Velcro, rubber, zipper tapes and many others.
The machine automatically measures the programmed tape sections and cuts with simultaneous sinking of the edges. This is of great importance when cutting materials prone to fraying (edge sinking applies to synthetic materials prone to melting at high temperatures).
Automatic stop in case the belt runs out. The machine also remembers the settings made after switching off and on again. All parameters are entered via an easy-to-read control panel with LCD display. This is an ideal machine for increasing efficiency and improving the quality of products while saving labor, thanks to the machine's high accuracy and cutting speed and easy control of the machine.
