BROTHER HE-800C is an electronically controlled lingerie buttonhole machine combining high productivity with perfect seam quality. It is a 2-thread machine, sewing with lockstitch, sewing speed up to 4000 stitches/min. Stepper motors, control the individual mechanisms of the machine separately. In the standard configuration, the machine is supplied with 21 sewing patterns already programmed, including underwear buttonholes, eyelet buttonholes and others, as well as a bolt pattern. The type of buttonhole hem, as well as many other parameters - pattern number, seam shapes, etc. - are entered via the operating panel. It is possible to make a hole in a double stitching cycle together with pre-stitching reinforcing (lockstitch), thanks to which beautiful holes are obtained, especially with elastic materials - knitwear, jumpers, where the hole is additionally protected against stretching. This solution guarantees that the reinforcing thread is woven in perfectly, it never sticks out beyond the stitching of the hole. Reinforcement stitching can be done in up to 9 laps. For the double stitch, the locking section is omitted and the parallel stitch is sewn twice. This prevents the locking section of the hole from being overly compressed. For the first and second sewing laps, two different stitch widths can be used. Power supply 230V 50Hz.
