The sewing speed is 2700 stitches/min. The stitch length is up to 12mm. The machine is driven by a modern energy-saving, reinforced SERVO motor (high torque), mounted in the head, directly on the main shaft of the machine. The machine is equipped with automatic functions, i.e. thread cutting, locking, foot lift, needle positioning. Adjustment of the walking foot height via a graduated dial on the machine head. A number of improvements have been made to the machine to significantly improve performance, including lengthening and raising the machine arm to increase the working area available to the operator. Machine arm 1000 mm. Improved, new lubrication system that ensures lubrication even at low sewing speeds. Oil is fed to the gripper and then filtered to remove any impurities before returning to the tank.
