SIRUBA ASP-ABF100J is a 2-threads button sewing machine with automatic button feeder. The machine is adapted for sewing flat buttons. The use of lockstitch stitch guarantees permanent fixing of the button, without the risk of accidental unstitching. The button sewing machine is equipped with button sewing head LKS-1903AN (produced in cooperation with Juki company). Button feeding is carried out automatically, which significantly increases the efficiency of work. The maximum speed of button feeding is 120 pcs/min (one button every 0,5 sec). The whole work is controlled by stepper motors. The automatic feeder can be adapted for buttons with a diameter of 8-20m, and there is no need to replace it with additional components. The button maker is equipped with a set of holders in five sizes from 2.2 to 3.6 mm (with two or four pins in each size). To increase productivity, it is equipped with a system of automatic rejection of buttons, set with the top side down.
